Voodoo For Fighting

 

 

Ahoy All i am going to tell you about fighting , and how voodoo can affect or be used for Fighting...

 

So then you all probably already know how to plunder / What voodoo curses they are to use : If not please visit another page before reading on : Please note you do not have to but it would make more sense to do so...

 

Drums Of War

If you are going normal plundering on the " Plunder Tab " on the game : Then there is a few types of voodoo you can use to win the battle...

One of these are " Drums Of War " this makes the fleet you are using defend better meaning if you are attacked : It can defend 5% better then usual , please note this can be stacked twice...

 

Bless

Another one of these cards are " Bless " this makes the fleet you are using attack better : It can attack 5% Better then before , again this card can be stacked twice on one fleet.

Fire Ship

Another way you can make general plunders more easier for your ship to handle is a voodoo card called " Fire Ship " This conducts 50% of damage on to target ships owner ,so within 2 the ship will be at 100% damage meaning even a cutter can take it down : As some of you have experienced before hand. So say if you have 3 Ship of the lines to face with a frigate you would need 6 fire ships to damage that ship of the line 100%... But the ship it selects in the fleet is random so it is best to have 10 , for all the ships in the fleet.

 

Call The Kracken

Yet another damage card is " Call The Kracken " this card varies how many turns you put into it ; But as proved by Danik , can conduct a enormous damage rate to the target ship you would need a few of these and many turns...The formula for call the kracken is 8 turns for 10 -15% damage  rating, whilst 1 turn deals 1% damage extra : It is quite random... So a cast and  +8 turns can deal up to 23% damage done.

 

Swarm Of Worms

 Now another voodoo card that can effect Plundering and battles is a card called " Swarm Of Worms " this inflicts 8% damage onto all players ships per hour... So within 13 hours the players ships will be all damaged. Much easier to do then Fire Ship or Call The Kracken... 

 

Commandeering Ships

Now on the top of my head i can not think of any other voodoo that could affect how a fleet can be " Plundered " by voodoo... Now i will move onto how Voodoo can be used to plunder the big ships... By plunder this time i mean commandeer a big ship such as "Ship Of The Line", "Man Of War". Or even if it just a Frigate. So without further or do here we go.

 

Now to plunder these expensive ships there is a few things you will need, call Leviathan : Ambush : Disfavor and if you do not have war ships : Fire Ships... You can take ships off active players or inactive players.

 

In my opinion to tell if the player is inactive or not is to cast trade master , if he does not have any trade fleets running ~ Chances are he is a inactive if he does your job could be a lot easier I will first run through the inactive way of clearing him...

 

First  Thing you do is cast pouch of gold to reveal the players gold level , or a booty master : For pouch of gold just times that amount you gave the player by 100... Then you will soon find out his gold level : Remembering a ship of the line costs 75,000 for ransom money...

 

Then next cast spy network on the player : This will reveal what booty lies for you - if any... If he has Ship Of The Lines you may of struck gold...

 

So now you know what ships he has and how much money he has , depending on his gold coin upkeep his treasury size may of reduced over time... Or to help speed up the process of gold coins being Zeroed...  Cast taxation upon the target , every day his/her daily upkeep will be 3x as much then usual so taxation lasts roughly 3 days so if the players treasury size was at 2 million gold coins : And his daily upkeep was 40,000 times that by 3 is 120,000 you would need around 15 taxation's to get his treasury size down...

 

When he/her is at plunder level : If the player has 2 cutters as a tail you would need to clear his back tail : My estimate of what you would need is 20 call levitation's...

 

Then you need Ambush : And a disfavor then per hit you should start receiving the ships you are after...

 

If you do not have sufficient war ships to take down the big ships ~ What i would do is get fire ships for example if he has 3 sotls, you would need 6 fire ships : Make sure to clear his call levs first so all the fire ships would hit the SOTLs.. Then attack with something like a 3 cutter fleet...

 

How to plunder a active player...

The First thing i would do is cast Hostile Natives this would drain the Treasury of the target to a good size then during the attack plant 3 FoJ on the player... This will light him up... ( Remembering to cast just before the hour for best results )

 

Then next thing you want to be doing is watching his gold level when it falls below 300,000 gold coins : It is plunder time...  ( Anything around this gold level is suitable ~ Sometimes guild members will cast generosity ) If so , then just let the vultures pick him off until his gold coins are getting lower.

 

Eliminate the cutters that are protecting the sotls by casting a Call Lev, then cast disfavor on the target...  Which will allow you to attack twice . Then cast ambush... Attack twice , then light up again with ambush do this until you have completed this and got the war ships after that let the vultures pick off his trade ships or you can take more prizes by picking off a few traders...
